I broke my almost four day workout slump today, and did some Jump Rope Challenge on the Switch. Bless the Nintendo employees who made this game for free during the lockdowns last year. It's so simple, and the least pressure ever.

Husband is at work and I don't sleep well with him gone, so I'm listening to Fated Mates for background noise.

Honestly, I haven't done anything since, which means I've got to get some sort of activity in, or today will mark a three day streak of not working out. For me, it's difficult to maintain motivation without a buddy and I'm not trying to shame anyone either.
